Did wedding in Lagos, followed my husband to Ibadan, went back to Lagos a week after to write exams (I was doing my Msc in Unilag) I will go to the library to read and be sleeping, my friend and reading partner joked that abi I’m pregnant, laughed and said is it possible to be experiencing pregnancy symptoms after a week? Got back to Ibadan a week later, told my husband I have UTI (I sometimes self diagnose myself 😭😭) please help me get antibiotics, he came back and said the pharmacist said the person that wants to use the antibiotics should test for pregnancy first, told him does it look like I’m pregnant, please get the antibiotics jo. Came back with antibiotics and test strips that the pharmacist insisted. I threw the strips on the vanity counter, started the antibiotics, was walking past the counter the following morning and saw the test strips and was like well, it can’t hurt, let me test. Boom! 2 lines. I screamed and stopped the antibiotics immediately.
