When Museveni took power, the country was in ruins. He started from a negative position, not even the bare minimum. If people are to judge his leadership fairly, it should be within the last two or three terms, not the 40 years - @JustineNameere #UBCBehindtheHeadlines. .

It is my belief that countries like Uganda have their first peaceful transfer of presidential power after having their first “normal” leader who accepts one way or another to step down from power and let way to progress. Unfortunately, over time we have learnt that Museveni is not in fact a normal person. We have unfortunately learnt that his son, Muhoozi is also not a normal person. (Not in a good way) They will not let anyone take from them the power they have stolen. People need to uproot it from them. Uganda needs a normal, sane person to lead it, then we will see positive change.
