These regulations and decisions are likely already in place and just need to be rolled out. 3.The choice of crypto as reserve currency will need to be resolved. Waiting for regulations to be rolled out. Happening very soon. B. IQD - RV 🔥 IMO a date has already been chosen long ago by the Trump team who has been working on this for 8 yrs. ⁃Crypto must come first (see A. above) ⁃The stock market crash/correction ⁃President Trump’s State of the Union address is March 4. It is expected that he will announce that the US Corporation is already gone and announce the new Republic of America (Re: «The Golden Age»). All laws issued under the US Corp are null and void. ⁃The end of first 100 days is April 30. If a 90 day period of redemption is given on the IQD, the clock starts at the end of January to complete by the 100 day window. ⁃If the IQD is to revalue end of January issues in Iraq/Iran need to play out prior to this. Most of these - if not all - are IMO already resolved and we are currently «watching a movie» also wrt the Middle East, including Iraq. ⁃Taxes: Current tax regime belongs to the US Corp which doesn’t exist anymore. I believe the current tax regime is therefore also null and void, and there will be no taxes on capital gains (profit from the RV) nor on cryptocurrencies (XRP and RLUSD). (This is pure speculation for fun. Not financial advise.)

By signing, taxpayers risk opening the door to a fraud investigation, which eliminates statute of limitations protection. Fraud investigations can extend indefinitely, leaving taxpayers vulnerable. My strong recommendation to anyone receiving Letter 6173 is not to sign or return it. Ignoring the letter does not automatically result in an audit; instead, the burden remains on the IRS to prove their case within the statute of limitations. By signing, you risk surrendering critical protections. Letters like this were also issued in 2020, yet to my knowledge, no audits followed. These seem to be scare tactics designed to pressure taxpayers into compliance. It’s disheartening that the U.S. government resorts to such measures to collect taxes. I hope the incoming #Trump administration takes steps to eliminate these underhanded techniques. Stay vigilant and know your rights. Letter 6173 is more about intimidation than enforcement. @FV887606 This seems to be a test. SGB is collateral for the F-assets, it seems like this would be a part of the test. To see what happens when the value of the collateral goes down. Either way this was a high/risk high reward investment. Time will tell who made the right call.
