@BankyGee_ @siyonna_davids Isn't it the same Serie A that Okoye has now played in for three seasons? Yet, a misguided lot will claim he's not tough because he's a " fine boy." Serie A no be beans. Nwabali isn't going there in the summer.

@BankyGee_ Aina is the second best AFRICAN Right back after Hakimi. Osayi actually has competition with Ryan Alebiosu for the backup. Osayi is solid and we're blessed.

🇳🇬⚔️ 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗧 we've all seen how solid and good Bright Osayi-Samuel is both defensively and offensively - he showed it at the AFCON and in the recent friendlies we played. 𝗗𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗘 Ola Aina can walk back into the Super Eagles starting XI or he has to 𝗗𝗨𝗘𝗟 for his position back? 🤔

@owngoalnigeria Likely to soon and sudden to return in the high profile friendlies after rehab and no matches. Could be better if he could use the Unity Cup to get his rhythm back and get used again to game speed. A rusty Frederick is no match for a rampaging Ronaldo!

@don_osaheni The quality of players around him at Gala and the lower quality level in Turkey compared to Italy accounts for this. Crucial for him to leave in the summer for a bigger club in a better league for his continued growth.

Osimhen's football in general was better while at Napoli than at Galatasaray. I saw him complete more dribbles and passes with SE, as a Napoli player. I dunno but I think he is largely used to just heading than all round football, since moving to Turkey

@OgaNlaMedia So, you've conveniently forgotten his stellar AFCON because of one bad match? The NPFL nonsense you guys did cost us a World Cup ticket and your amateurs almost made us lose to Jamaica in the Unity Cup final. ENOUGH!!

@chuccofficial I wonder why people still pay attention to the fraud. He famously said Lookman shouldn't be fielded in the last AFCON because he was going to be bad for the team. The star simply turned on his magic, played outstanding football and made the AFCON tournament team.

@BankyGee_ The danger with Chukwueze as a #10 is that he tends to lose possession easily. Once that happens, it becomes an automatic counter-attack against us.

Lol some of the best football I've seen Samuel Chukwueze play under Éric Chelle is as a number 10, he's not just playing there regularly again because of Ademola Lookman there and the lack of another right-winger. These are his highlights from the last Unity Cup. There is another goal he scored against Benin or SA, can't really remember, it was also in the number 10 position. He knows how to dribble past players from the middle.
THE.OTHER.SIDE@CallmeThoni

@BankyGee_ Lol. All of a sudden no more Frederick. And God forbid chukwueze as a 10. Let him stick to the wing.

@AdemolaVictorTv In our madness, we are letting Gusau run again for the NFF Presidency in September. A man that should be chased out for gross incompetence?

Another international window, quietly wasted. The Super Falcons will not play any friendly matches this month. Proposed fixtures against the Togo women’s national football team and Cape Verde women’s national football team have fallen through, never officially announced, but communicated to players before being scrapped. No training camp. No alternatives. Just silence. This is more than poor planning; it’s edging into outright disrespect for these players. At this level, that’s unacceptable.

@Derek74399105 Yes! Amused at the hyping of the Yohanna boy who just left Kaduna a few months ago and isn't even up to half of Chukwueze. We have the u23 team for his likes.

Any Nigeria 🇳🇬 player anywhere in the world who dribble 2/3 players & score a goal .. Boom, the next thing is that he should be invited to the senior national team, it look like you people are beginning to be mad & you have no one to tell you

@devoyceofgod Tell your friend he's alone on that hill and shouldn't die. Chelle did his best to salvage an already bad situation. Ekong reportedly declined to play as he was already a scapegoat(after the face-off about team money, I understand). Players kicked penalties like amateurs.

I have a colleague who still believes Eric Chelle should have been sacked. He also blames him for our inability to qualify for the World Cup. He’s not exonerating other coaches who handled part of the qualifiers but he significantly puts the blame CHELLE’s table and expects him to take responsibility especially considering when he was appointed we still had it in our hands to qualify. He further posits that since CHELLE also didn’t win the AFCON, playing good football is not enough leverage for him to still have the super eagles job! He says Nigerians let emotions cloud their judgement and Chelle should be Fired because he couldn’t get the World Cup ticket nor the Afcon title! He Didn’t even make the final of Afcon a feat we reached before he came on. He believes any other country the size of the Nigerian would have fired CHELLE because he simply failed on his mandate. No emotions attached! He failed. This colleague of mine is ready to die on this hill!😂😂 Guess what? I always disagree with him on a some things I constantly stress that the bulk of the blame should go to the NFF and not Chelle who won 4games in 6 and lost none compared to Finidi and Peseiro who won none. But as the day goes by, I find myself slightly tilting towards his thoughts especially considering we were fortunate to make the PLAY OFFs and should have won that playoffs given the quality we parade. But Eric Chelle Bungled that game vs DRC especially with the changes made before the game went into penalties after being completely outplayed and outrun Till today there’s no explanation as to why Troost Ekong our best spot kick taker in the last couple of years didn’t step on to the pitch to take a spot kick against DRC…Perhaps Nigeria’s biggest moment in about 8yrs….This is something I’d never understand….Yes! He might have also missed but we’d never know that. In the wake of all these…One thing I know is that SACKING ERIC CHELLE will not solve our problems! It will only make it worse…..Especially considering the little progress he’s made with the team from a cohesive point of view. I believe it’s on this premise he’s been allowed to continue

The same Nwabali that thrice almost cost us the World Cup playoff spot with his weird antics? Again, the PSL is not the Italian Calcio. How many South African superstar strikers are in the Italian league? Football has levels. We must learn to respect and appreciate our better players.

Another thing I forgot to add is that Stanley Nwabali also has insane long ball abilities as well. Another dangerous weapon on its own. Look at how he 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗗 an own goal in the PSL last season 😅🇿🇦
Banky G 🎤⚽@BankyGee_

This argument is actually subjective. It is 𝗡𝗢𝗧 a fact. It just depends on what you need from the goalkeeper as a coach. 𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗔𝗣𝗘𝗥: Maduka Okoye is the better goalkeeper than Stanley Nwabali, he plays at a higher level and faces elite forwards from teams like AC Milan, Juventus, Napoli and Inter Milan weekly. Ideally he's supposed to even be our number one goalkeeper. I even feel he should always start for us when we face European oppositions. He's that good! 𝗕𝗨𝗧: Stanley Nwabali, even though he plays in South Africa has shown why he is and should be the number one goalkeeper in the Super Eagles with some extra non-goalkeeping attributes he possesses. He's fearless, he's confident, he's commanding, he's a bully, he's a fighter, he's intimidating and he's a good shot-stopper and penalty saver as well. It's no coincidence that he has gotten 8 AFCON cleansheets in just two tournaments. Something it took another elite goalkeeper as Edouard Mendy 4 AFCONs to achieve. Even Éric Chelle knows Maduka Okoye should be the starting goalkeeper, but there are some qualities Stanley Nwabali has that cannot be overlooked by any serious coach who needs a commanding goalkeeper. Even strikers will double-think when they see a figure like Nwabali before taking their shot. Nwabali is not greater than Okoye, he just has those extra non- goalkeeping qualities that makes him more preferable.
