Last evening, I joined the Deputy Speaker of @Parliament_Ug, Rt. Hon. @Thomas_Tayebwa and other honorable colleagues, at a thanksgiving ceremony in honour of Ndugu @MorisMuhindo, following his milestone appointment as Under Secretary by H.E. @KagutaMuseveni.

I congratulate all graduates and encourage them to become ambassadors of patriotism, unity, and progress. Uganda’s future rests on an informed, committed generation ready to drive peace, development, and wealth creation

Today, I presided over the passing-out ceremony of 1,400 patriotic students at Lira Technical College in Lira City. I commend Ms. Seku Hellen and her team for their dedication in training, teaching our history, and instilling patriotism—essential for building responsible citizens

In my address, I emphasized four pillars: patriotism, community development, ideology, and leadership. I urged the graduates to prioritize national interests, actively participate in community upliftment, understand the ideology behind Uganda’s stabilit & embrace true leadership.

Earlier today arriving at Lira Technical College as Chief Guest to preside over the passing-out ceremony of 1,400 students completing their technical training in ideology, patriotism and mindset change.
