When asked why I use both BFR & NMES on an ACL patient’s knee Stim to recruit more muscle fibers than the person can do voluntarily. BFR used for hypertrophy of those muscle fibers. Almost like a Reese’s peanut butter cup...2 amazing things that are better together than separate
