PCS ballot opened today. Members asked to vote YES to support @pcs_union demands re Common Platform, a fundamental flawed IT system designed to cut 3000 jobs, causing misery, mayhem & unprecedented levels of stress & anxiety for our members. Time to scrap this IT garbage .

So @grantshapps accepts by the lack of denial that he blocked a settlement of this dispute in order to attack @pcs_union & the staff in DVLA. He would rather have a fight than accept a settlement his own management negotiated. This is a full on attack on trade unions now.
