@UncleMaui1983 Nothing to be scared abt! There are lots of bad therapists out there, though. Make sure you properly consider anything they tell you to do before doing it, and also remember that most people don’t find “their” therapist until they’ve cycled through a few of them. Good luck!

I have NEVER EVER spoken to an actual therapist before about my feelings. Just have always dealt with it on my own. In less than 30 minutes, I will have my first session with my therapist. I would be lying if I said I was not nervous. I am terrified and a little embarrassed. Here I go!…… #mauithebusdriver #busdrivermaui

One thing about myself not a lot may know is that I am very hard on myself. There is a saying: “if you don’t love yourself, how do you expect to love others”. I am constantly working on is how I treat myself. The way I talk about myself, how I see myself and how I carry myself. It’s a constant battle but on the bright side I look at myself now in the mirror and tell myself each day: “Uncle Maui demigod of the UTA bus. You get to live your dream each day. You have riders out there that need you. You are a son of God and YOU have a divine purpose. You are a light among the darkness of this world!”. #mauithebusdriver #busdrivermaui

@RepubliKate Dilute it with nano silver if you have it! Start at 50/50 and adjust from there. If you have any questions about it, I’m happy to help if you want. If it tingles a bit, that should subside in ~10 mins. Only use on clean skin with a pure carrier. DMSO opens your pores!

@Octoberling_ It was not diluted at all. Lesson learned. I’ll dilute it tmrw and keep at it for a few days to see if it helps with the elbow pain!

I’m officially “I threw out my elbow while fluffing the bed duvet” years old. Told my husband that I now have “pitcher’s elbow.” He said, “You mean tennis elbow.” Me: “No. My grandfather threw out his elbow while in the Red Sox farm league.” Pitcher’s elbow runs in my genes.

@PenelopeSalem Thanks! I’m still struggling with being bitter. I was told the reason they went with the other person. It is an asinine reason. I wish they just hadn’t told me that part and I’d be fully over it already. Oh well, I live to see another day. And for that I’m grateful!

@_Robertwagner @RepubliKate @DrD_larkspur I kid you not, I had a big and painful lung pleurisy. Rubbed it on my ribs at highest strength I could stand and it was 98% cleared in 3 days. I bought a nebulizer online and it was cleared before the nebulizer showed up. I can’t tout DMSO enough!

@Octoberling_ @RepubliKate You're right! The importance of DMSO can never be over-emphasized. It is very effective on chronic pains. We bought ours from @DrD_larkspur which we used to treat my mom's rheumatoid arthritis coupled with chronic back pains. I'm grateful to him for the eye-opener

It’s a good thing. I’m happy when I leave and I’m happy when I come back. Keeps the “habit” part of social media away.

As a mortician, I’ve witnessed the grief of families who lose a child, and it has left a lasting mark on my heart. The pain of such a loss is unimaginable and underscores how precious and fragile life truly is. In my personal life, I’ve seen the incredible joy and love that come from raising children, including one with severe physical disabilities. When my wife learned of our son’s condition during pregnancy, she faced a challenging path, but he has provided meaning and unconditional love. Similarly, my nephew with Down syndrome has brought immeasurable joy to our family. These experiences have shown me that every life, no matter the challenges, holds immense value and potential for love. Because of these deeply personal and professional experiences, I find it difficult to reconcile abortion with what I’ve seen and felt. I believe in the beauty of life, even amid hardship, and I hold a deep conviction that every life is worth cherishing. This is why I feel so strongly about the issue and why it breaks my heart to see life treated as disposable.

@RepubliKate DMSO is awesome, but it needs to be diluted to at least 75% with a carrier for skin. Did he rub it on pure? That can seriously tingle and burn! I’ll stop here with saying that I believe DMSO is one of the few in the “wonder drug” class, otherwise I’ll tout it for 20 more posts!

My husband said “Let me rub some DMSO on your elbow so it feels better.” Big fail. It does not feel better. I expect my skin will fall off shortly.

I’m trying to let it go, which I’m usually a certified pro at, but the particular reason is just fully maddening.
