Most developers are chasing the wrong metrics.
They think daily rewards, login streaks, and retention tricks will save their game.
They won’t.
Players come back because they had fun.
If your game isn’t enjoyable, no retention system will fix it.

You don't need thousands of dollars to make a roblox game
You don't need a big game to make revenue
You don't need to hire a full team of developers to get started
You don't need good skills to make a roblox game
One of my games with 80 ccu is making me 70-80K robux a day. I Spent $0, and only an hour making this with claude.
And it's not just me. You'd be surprised with the amount of games making way more than this, with close to no effort. There's niches where it's fully gatekept, you'll only figure this out if you happen to launch the game yourself.
The stats in this niches, are really odd with horrible stats that studios tend to not give offers on it, even though they make massive amount of robux.
Everyone has their starting blocks, and anyone can be a roblox developer. Instead of starting with an ambitious project with lots of budget, just start with simple games and grow your way up there.

I've been doing game dev for about a year. Sometimes I look at the stuff I made when I started and compare it to what I make now. It feels like I'm getting better little by little, and maybe my chance to make a really good game is soon.
