@DrewAustin Do you not think this cuts off a lot of potential future co-workers? Do you think the new info has no effect on future A+ devs who are marginalized by his beliefs who will choose NOT to work side by side with someone who thinks they shouldn’t exist?

I wonder over the past 3 years of him working on ENS did he do anything to show disdain or harm to his co-workers, especially ones that were lgbtq? If he didn’t, then maybe his beliefs and actions are different and he could contribute and make a living w/out beliefs interfering.

People cheering this decision dont fully grasp the ramifications. This is a dangerous precedent and slippery slope to give into mob rule and remove a valued team member for tweeting his religious beliefs 6 years ago. I know his beliefs are fucked, but this is bigger than that.

It seems the only way forward is to build more niche products and services so that everyone that is governing your protocol thinks alike. We’re heading towards echo chambers everywhere because we are offended by every opinion that is against our beliefs. Web4 fixes this? 🤷‍♂️
