@gbrown42 Hi Graham, please can you DM us your account details so that we can look into this for you? However, if you have a UK account it won't show subscriptions for other countries, you may need to create a temporary account in France so that you can have access to their subscriptions

@OctopusElectro I'm on my holiday in France and was hoping to use the Powerdot subscription, but it isn't showing up in the charging subscriptions section in my profile. I can only see the UK subscriptions for Ionity, Be.ev, Arnold Clark and Shell.

@TragedyCalls @AvonandsomerRob Hello! Yes, prices shown in the Electroverse app are set by the charge point operators. Most of the time, these rates are the same or even better than charging directly, but occasionally, operators choose to set higher rates for sessions started via Electroverse. Thank you 😊

@AvonandsomerRob Watch pricing *very* carefully if using an aggregator such as @OctopusElectro. While charges for most chargers are the same or lower this way, some are considerably costlier than direct payment.

Thanks to the EV Community for your advice re public charging. I've been paying way too much for this, around 90p kwh, and have snagged what I think is the best deal with the Ionity app, which slashes charge rates from 93p to 55p outside peak hours (8pm to 6am) I will also keep an eye out for Tesla superchargers, many of which accept electric vehicles that are not Tesla. This comfortably brings the price below that of petrol, and makes it equivalent to paying 95p a litre. Have I missed any tricks?

@smartroad78 Thanks for keeping an eye out- as you say, while we want to let everyone know how to save, it does not help much if we do not mention WHERE the savings can be found! We have lodged this with the team to make mention of who and where for discount notifications 🙂
