The question was about ants, but politicians will never give you a straight answer.

Recovered footage of an unknown specimen with strong feelings about wasting electricity. #seedance #AIart

Seedance 2.0 seems to have the closest prompt adherence and very nice visuals on the arm. If I had to complain I'd say that the hand seemed a little like it floated over the deer rather than genuinely interacting with it. Kling 3.0 didn't manage the 'inhuman' part as well as the other two (although it certainly picked up on 'furry') but I think it models the interaction between the hand and the deer best. Objectively, Runway 4.5 was the weakest when it came to prompt adherence, ignoring the request that the monster's body stays out of view. However, I'm very fond of the monster it came up with to match the prompt, it's adorable and very inkeeping with the 'cute' vibe I was going for with the prompt. Ultimately with a bit of tweaking seedance came out best, with an edited end frame that minimized interactions between the arm and the tree obscuring the creature as the models struggled to deal with the fur brushing past the wood.

For a bit of fun, here's a comparison of 3 first generations from the same simple prompt and the same initial frame. First is #seedance, second is #kling, third is Runway's Gen 4.5, with no editing in post and no reprompting.

I don't really trust any one site or show for big news, if I read something in one publication I'll search for the same thing in a paper that usually has a different take on things. Even when you're working with the same set of facts the perspective changes everything. Here's a nice example from the Guardian and the Telegraph on solar farms reporting the same information emphasizing completely different aspects: theguardian.com/environment/20… telegraph.co.uk/business/2026/…

Sincerely curious, is there any tv, website or any kind of news, that you mostly trust?

@josepho This looks really solid, I've been favouring Kling for realism but very impressed by the grab there, I'll have to give it a shot.

Based on a classic internet creepypasta, here’s my new horror short made with Seedance 2.0. The movement and sound quality are insane… it doesn’t even feel like AI anymore. Dare to watch till the end? #Horror #Seedance2 #AIHorror #Creepypasta #Scary

@ChrisGwinnLA Great clip and interesting observations. I've had issues with Imagine in the past, the aesthetic is often great but it seems to struggle with gait and physical interactions. You've gotten far better movement than I ever did, I'll have to check it out again.

Haven't been using Grok Imagine video much lately, but I do like to at least test it every week to see how it's being improved. This one is pretty good - followed my prompt and the audio/voices sound appropriate to the era I requested (1980s). Lip sync is off - but I could pretend this is an Italian film dubbed into English. I'm glad that I am not getting the blurred/double-vision background bug that has been plaguing Grok videos for a several months. I tried the extend feature several times, but on this scene it was not working at all - everything fell apart (won't bother sharing the results - they're bad).
