Kai’s impressive background and experience in the field, the office, and the executive suite bring even more value to the work we do. Outside of work, you will find Kai with his family and friends, making the most of his work-life balance.

He launched his professional journey as a Project Engineer and progressed to Senior Project Manager in the Civil Construction Industry several years ago.

Kai Josephson has been promoted to General Manager at OE! 👏 👏👏 Kai started his career with an education in Construction Management over 28 years ago.

CELEBRATING FIVE YEARS OF GREAT EMR (Experience Modification Rate) RATINGS AT @OeConstruction! A huge shout-out to the OE field crews and the OE Safety Guy—let’s keep it up!

CONFINED SPACE – UPDATED SYSTEMS AT OE! OE is training on some cutting-edge confined space equipment and upgrading our field safety with a new Davit arm confined space system. The system allows for easier confined space entry and is an absolute requirement in a rescue situation.

HAVING SOME FUN IN THE SUN! Our youngest team member at @OeConstruction was having some fun with his dad (yes, that’s Chris Olson). Training them young for a future job site!

SAFETY MOMENT – PRECISION COUNTS! Proper RIGGING is what turns heavy lifts into SAFE lifts. ALWAYS INSPECT YOUR RIGGING!

A big shout-out and thank you to everyone who came to celebrate with OE and our employees. OE’s key partners contributed more than 100 giveaways for our employee raffle, and we are extremely thankful for your continued support.

OE held our annual Safety Training and Holiday Event last week—what a great event! OE’s bank, bonding and insurance partners, vendors, subcontractors, and office and field staff were in attendance, with more than 75 attendees total.

The recent snowstorm and cold temperatures sure changed the look of the OE job sites—lots of white and freezing temps! Great job, OE crews. We work outside, rain or snow!
