The team has been busy adding the finishing touches to Chichester’s recently modernised lock, including decorating the internal lock pad which was kitted out with a new high-technology system - the lock is now fully operational and awaiting the lift in Government restrictions.

Following the latest lockdown extension and uncertainty with regard to public events, we have made the difficult decision to cancel both the Chichester Marina Boat Show and Film By The Water social. We look forward to welcoming berth holders to Premier’s socials in the future.

The famous Black Swan of Chichester Marina was spotted for this week’s #wildlifewednesday, who is lucky enough to be the only one getting to enjoy being out on the water at the moment!

The wonderful Mr and Mrs Swan, one of our self-named resident swan couples, have nested on the canal! We are eagerly awaiting the first cygnets to hatch and we will be sure to keep you all updated with their progress!
