Congrats to the winners of the Kasson-Mantorville 5th Grade D.A.R.E poster contests. Their posters have been selected to represent K-M in the MN State D.A.R.E. contest. Great Job!

Just a reminder, the Kasson Police Department will be conducting an Active Shooter Awareness training on Monday, March 18th, starting at 6pm. This is free to the public and will be held at the KM High School Forum Room.

Free National Weather Service storm spotter training on April 23rd, at the Empire Event Center in Rochester, starting at 6:30pm. No registration needed.

Saturday morning (Feb 24th) at 10am-11am, I will be with the local Knights of Columbus at the K-M Middle School. They will be hosting a free throw contest for kids 9-14yo. This is a fun free event. All are welcome to stop out!

ATTENTION: The Free active shooter response training (2/19) has been rescheduled to March 18th at 6pm. We will hold it at the Kasson-Mantorville High school.

This week @KassonPolice started D.A.R.E. with the @KMMS_Larsen 5th Grade students. We discussed what it means to be responsible and talked about decision making.

THE Kasson Mantorville SADD Chapter came to the office the other night and served food for our night shift crew. Amazing food and amazing students - it means so much to these guys to see this level of appreciation, especially from our young people in the community! Thank you!!

It's always great to see the support for the Veterans in our community. @KMKometsHS @KMElem and @KMMS_Larsen had great veterans day programs. Thanks to all that have served.

On the first day of school, Trinity found me and wanted to report she found a vape device on her way to school. She wanted to help keep her fellow students safe. For looking out for her fellow students safety, Trinity was presented a SRO challenge coin.
