@OfficialNFLShop Why is it that Cleveland Browns linebacker Carson Schwesinger’s jersey has NEVER been available in women’s sizes? He distinguished himself on the field. He won DROY honors (and I cashed big). I’ve been looking to buy his jersey since last August, but it does not exist in women’s sizes. When I looked again a few days ago, I saw that I could order a Denzel Boston or Austin Barber jersey (both drafted this year), but not Schwesinger’s jersey. This is a huge oversight on your part, and bitterly disappointing on my part. You cannot even customize his jersey in women’s sizes, because his last name is eleven letters, and women’s sizes only customize jerseys up to ten letters.

I bought the $1500 leather jacket at @OfficialNFLShop. It was too big and it just didn't impress me as much as I would have liked. 10 days after they received my jacket back and no refund. Customer Service has been unhelpful. Can't even speak to a supervisor. Terrible.
