Ukraine was rocked by a massive overnight Russian assault, with hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles slamming into the country’s energy system. Power plants were struck in Kyiv, the Kyiv region, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Odesa, causing widespread damage. Civilian infrastructure was also hit, with casualties reported. Rescue and recovery operations are continuing across the country.

🩸🚑 Russian military shelled an ICU unit of a civilian hospital in Kherson today. A second attack on this hospital in one week. Three nurses (52, 49, 21) injured and hospitalized. This is a war crime.

Russian overnight terror strikes killed at least 11 people across Ukraine. Kharkiv was hit hardest, with seven victims — including a three-year-old child. Four more civilians were killed in the Donetsk region, two in Yarova and two in Kostiantynivka. kyivpost.com/post/67842

Zelensky said the US has proposed 15-year security guarantees for Ukraine as part of the peace plan. In his view, Ukraine needs guarantees for a longer period and added that he would consider it a major success if Trump agrees during their meeting at Mar-a-Lago this Sunday.
