@Oganesson01 Even if that was a reasonable metric (it's not), the result is the same. There were probably more wars between African tribes in a single decade than all the wars that the US has started in 250 years.

@Oganesson01 They list over 80 wars before 1000 BC, and I'm sure they're missing many hundreds that have not survived in recorded history. How many of the wars before 1000 BC did the United States of America (founded 1776 AD) start?
