From my understanding, the requirement is 3 years of practical experience for Accounting graduates, while 4 years applies to non-Accounting graduates and AAT holders

Should those who are already employed also be posted to another organization?
Also, for those who have been writing it while working for about six years, when should their three years of practical experience begin to count? Is it only after they have passed the examinations?

Since ICAN is making it compulsory for us to practise for 3 years before induction... Why can't they just post us to audit firms after our results are out? 🤦♂️ Especially we young graduates
