@OgeroTelecom i unfroze my fiber line and sub 2 days ago and everytime i call you or even visit the offices i am told it will take another few hours for my conx to be up again. Please help. Shouldnt this be automated after the fees are paid ?
@OgeroTelecom@HageCharles When can I except a follow up from your side? It's been 18 days already since the report and your team has not gotten back on the issue I'm facing. The fiber optic internet has been unreliable ever since.
Hi @OgeroTelecom@HageCharles , the "New Ticket" submission feature on your website is not working. It says "Try again later" when I report an issue with my Fiber optic internet. The link to "Report a fault" on your Internet FAQs section is also broken.
