Leaving a company not because of how much they are paying you but because of a managers shows that people sometimes don't quite jobs because of the company, they quite because of the leaders. Leaders should know that micromanagement kills morals and retention of works starts with managers.

MEN! If you’re familiar with the Sharp Corner junction here in Mararaba, then you should know this woman. This morning, I saw her at the junction, and to my surprise, I noticed she was pregnant. From the look of things, she should be about six or seven months gone. I kept wondering, what kind of man, in his right mind, would do such a thing to this woman? It just doesn’t make any sense to me. So, what happens after she gives birth? Who will take care of her and the baby? I’m not even sure she can identify the person responsible. It’s just so sad.
