@HeathrowAirport Also, we had to walk half the airport to even get a sunflower lanyard, we spoke to 5 different people who said they didn’t have any and pointed us to go away. When we spoke to “assistance” about the damage to the shoes & the rudeness she LAUGHED in our face. Like this was normal

@GlasgowCC Deleting it isn't enough, make sure you tweet out that you can hand in a postal vote WITHOUT presenting ID. Others have seen that tweet, I know a woman replied saying she had no ID to do this with, so you have potentially disenfranchised people with that erroneous tweet.
