Took on one of the biggest jobs of my life without pay. I either have to make it work or MAKE IT WORK, that's how hard it is. Alongside, I'm trying to learn a financial skill (with zero liquidity) while still actively job hunting. Still got IRL issues staring me down, academic bills to settle. My name is ⭕x DÂRRΞLLL (@K_darrell0x1) and I'm the BEST Community Manager, KOL and Marketer you will ever come across. Bold claims right? Let me back that up. • Landed a Community Management gig with @fren_airdrop in 2024 when their: - X (Twitter) had <7,000 followers. - TG (Telegram) had <1,000 members. Handled the community without breaking a sweat till we hit 150,000 TG members. Singlehandedly marketed and KOL'd for Fren with a 300-follower account. - 4,000 refs from my end alone! - Pushed alongside the founder to grow X from 7k to 150k followers (at the time). - Got dubbed the name "The Fren Guy" both in and out the community. FUN FACT: Did the marketing voluntarily, because I loved what we were building. TAKEAWAY: This was just the beginning. __________________________________________ • Got in as a Community Manager for @moveonton in 2024 when their: - X (Twitter) had <100 followers. - TG (Telegram) had <50 members. Ran the community so well that I got promoted to Head Of Ecosystem in less than a month. • Singlehandedly marketed MOVE on X before the KOL and Ambassadorship Program existed, then helped build both from scratch. • Attended and represented MOVE in IRL events pulling hundreds in attendance and sign-ups. • Held AMAs on X, Google Meet, TG even Game Nights, I was everywhere. • Became the permanent cohost of every MOVE Space because of my fluency in English, blockchain tech, and deep understanding of the project itself. • Grew X to 15,000+ followers alongside the Ambassadors. • Scaled TG from <50 to 13,000+ members. TAKEAWAY: Give me a project worth building and I'll break necks getting it there. __________________________________________ • Got brought in as Community Manager for @CryptoTrueMiner in 2025. The founder interviewed me and I walked out with the job. Took over a TG with 7 members. Left it at 4,000+. → Ran all Spaces as cohost, represented the founder occasionally. → Held AMAs, Game Nights, Summaries and many more. → Assisted in Ambassador selection and kept them motivated and accountable. The project was a Telegram Mini App letting users mine Bitcoin by renting miners with USDT on TON. Niche product. Needed someone who could make it feel alive. That was me. Eventually let go because they couldn't afford to keep me. TAKEAWAY: The community still wanted me there. Do the math. __________________________________________ • Built and currently running the community for @IgniteMarketX from the ground up. November 2025. Ignite is a prediction markets platform on the Flare Network where users predict outcomes across sports, crypto, government events and more. Joined with 0 members. Built the Discord from scratch. → Curating markets and content consistently. → Managing announcements and community communications. → Acting as the direct bridge between the founder and the community. 238 members in and still locked in. Founder told me he loves my work. Still here. Still curating. Finished markets a few hours ago.
