Wow. I know it hurts I know it’s infuriating I know you’re exhausted I know you’re concerned I know you’re angry I know you’re perplexed Same, honestly. I’m not about to “toxic positivity” you into feeling otherwise. It’s valid. Just don’t stay there too long and SEE. Some folks around you WANTED THIS OUTCOME. PRAY, move and unfollow accordingly. 👀

GOD WE TURN THIS DAY/WEEK over to YOU! No matter the giants we face God is bigger than them all! Do your BIG ONE GOD! As you always do! We did our part. We turn it over to you! In Jesus name Amen.

Prepare us through wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Prepare us through strategy, peace and collaboration. Prepare us and protect us. Protect us from those in our world who mean harm. May it be canceled and not succeed. In Jesus name. (Isaiah 54:17)

Lord, we give this WORLD BACK TO YOU BECAUSE IT BELONGS TO YOU ANYWAY! God, where it recites “one nation under GOD,” give us wisdom to understand how that should be done. In UNITY with one another. Father, help us to understand that the candidates aren’t our Lord - you are! The ballot isn’t our Lord - you are! The vote isn’t our Lord - you are! We did our part God, now HAVE YOUR WAY.

We are talking about that Philippians 4:7 PEACE! “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” God where there are opinions, we call on your anointing God where there is unrest, we call on unity (Psalms 133:1) God where there is uncertainty we call on YOUR WILL BEING DONE.

Join me in prayer for today - scroll God, thank you for this day. A day that feels historical yet HEAVY 😮‍💨. A day that feels exciting yet ANXIOUS. A day that feels tremendous yet TENSE. We turn it over to you, God. The world is yelling so much at us right now. From commercials to our phones, God it’s TOO LOUD. We’re calling on YOU TO INTERCEDE. God we are calling on your PEACE

As all eyes turn to politics and the future of our country, it may feel uncertain, the air may feel heavy and some spaces tense - rightfully so. But remember that though we cannot control the POLITICS, we can control how we treat PEOPLE. Choose to be light and salt in these uncertain times. Be light where it is dark. Be salt where it’s dull. Let God handle the rest.
