The SEND system in Weston-super-Mare has been held together over the past 14 years by individuals dedicated to inclusion and maintaining infrastructure where they can. They are all absolute warriors against the odds for our SEND children including my brother who was so fortunate to get excellent support from @westoncollege. Today I have meetings with the Chief Executive of @NorthSomersetC as well as the Executive Officer for SEND @Labour4M and will make clear my personal commitment to improvements to the SEND system and how alongside @bphillipsonMP and her team, we will make the improvements families so desperately need and deserve.
