Michelle Leao (PhD Candidate) is the second recipient of the 2024 Porterfield-Dickens Award! She examines why Women of Color (WOC) SA educators stay in higher ed while focusing on the intersecting systems of oppression (e.g., racism, sexism) WOC experience during their careers.
