Satya Nadella’s “Reverse Information Paradox” is the clearest framing of enterprise AI strategy I have read in a long time. His core argument: every time an enterprise uses an AI model and corrects it when it gets something wrong, it generates intelligence exhaust. That exhaust encodes institutional know-how. And today, most of it leaks to whoever controls the learning infrastructure rather than compounding inside the enterprise.
