03.31.2026 | 1145: The Solitude Express Quad will be closing for the remainder of the day at 12:00 pm. Guests can still access Solitude terrain using the Sunburst Six. We apologize for the inconvenience.

03.31.2026 | 0830: The lightning holds have been cleared and the Mountain operations team are working on getting lifts cleared and ready to go. Grooming has been completed. It is expected that all lifts will be opening on time and if not very close. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we dealt with this mornings weather and kept our teams safe from the elements.

03.31.2026 | 0800: Thunder and Lightning in the area continues to impact operations this morning. There will be an impact on lift operations this morning which may include a delayed opening for some or all lifts. More updates to follow on the half hour.

The mountain operations team will be working to open lifts, but any Thunderstorm activity will activate a lightning hold, and the team will remain safely sheltered until any storms pass. 03.28.2026 | Good morning from Okemo! It’s a bit cooler than yesterday, and with the morning sunshine, the snow is skiing like a dream. Fresh corduroy is laid out and ready—come carve it up and enjoy an awesome day on the mountain! Today Brings: -89 Trails -20 Lifts -513.62 Acres -32.61 Miles Today, temperatures are expected to be in the high teens to high 20s with a light breeze. Skies are expected to be partly cloudy.

03.27.2026 | 0830: As the temperature is dropping we are seeing a firm skiing surfaces and thus will not be skiing off of the summit today. The Sunburst Six, Evergreen, South Face Express and Sunshine Quad will not operate today. We will be skiing off the Sachem Quad, Black Ridge Triple, F-10 Carpet, Base Quads, Solitude Express, Quantum 6 & the Coleman Brook Express. There will be some trails in these areas that will be closed because of conditions. The grooming team will be working to get as much terrain re-groomed as is possible as the morning progresses. All Terrain Parks are closed today, including the Halfpipe. The mountain operations team will always have safety top of mind as decisions are made to open and close lifts and terrain. Be aware & ski with care.

03.27.2026 | 0740: It is expected that some lifts and trails will be closed or open late this morning as the mountain team is dealing with some dropping temperatures and freeze-up on the trails. There are also strong winds on the summit.  Grooming and lift maintenance will focus on the Jackson Gore area and then on the Main Mountain and Solitude area.   The South Face area will open late. More updates to follow as we get closer to opening time.
