@Footballfanuk10 @AdobeWFACup @MitreSports @hashtagutdwomen @LOFCWomen Every player has their own reasons for making the move. It’s just frustrating to keep seeing people say it’s all for money when there’s still so much more that I’ve not even gone into. It’s actually been lovely talking to you about it though. As crap as it may be, I hope

Back in 2023, Sammy Rowland won the @MitreSports Golden Ball whilst with @hashtagutdwomen after scoring 11 goals across the competition that season 🏆 On Sunday the striker, who's now with @LOFCWomen, scored a hat-trick to take her 2025-26 #AdobeWomensFACup tally to 14 and counting! 🤯 Will she be the first person ever to win the award twice?

@Footballfanuk10 @AdobeWFACup @MitreSports @hashtagutdwomen @LOFCWomen Ultimately, I don’t think it’s wrong on us as players or club. It’s more to do with the structure of the FA. Man Utd women didn’t start from the bottom when they formed in 2018. Not saying we should get placed higher because of that. But the club told the da before the season

@Footballfanuk10 @AdobeWFACup @MitreSports @hashtagutdwomen @LOFCWomen Technically, you can say hashtag “bought” their way into T3/4 when they merged with C&K Basildon. Where’s the “rise” there? Our success at hashtag was rooted in our coaching, hence why when their move was announced for a new challenge naturally, players wanted to go with them..

@AdobeWFACup @MitreSports @hashtagutdwomen @LOFCWomen Sammy is a great player and was playing Tier 3 football and could have gone higher...she decided to go to Tier 7 therefore entering the FA Cup in the 2nd Qualifying round. No wonder she has scored loads. No real achievement here.

@ChopperXXXX @LOFCWomen @FCBfemeni @WJTMedia My last club didn’t have an u18s.. We also have top coaches. We’re creating a pathway for future O’s to play at a top level. We just need to get the club there 🤞🏽

@ChopperXXXX @LOFCWomen @FCBfemeni @WJTMedia Thank you, but I’m definitely passed it now. Fighting for your shirt week in week out is physically and mentally draining at times. I have more of an opportunity now to influence young players. We have young players in the squad, we train next to our u18s squad

@ChopperXXXX @LOFCWomen @FCBfemeni @WJTMedia Yea okay and that’s your opinion so it’s valid. But what’s the club to do? Not post results for the fans ? Look there’s a restructure next year so hopefully we can be in a more competitive league. Until then, maybe unfollow or it may feel like a longgg season 😅

@OkkSammy_ @LOFCWomen @FCBfemeni @WJTMedia It may well be a bit of a joke and im sure neither the teams in that division or Orient wanted them in that divison. But posting about how they have beat this team by 10, that one by 11 for me lacks a bit of class. My view maybe wrong, but thats just my opinion.

@ChopperXXXX @LOFCWomen @FCBfemeni @WJTMedia that genuinely values their women’s team & the game. Show their support by offering the wellbeing & support players deserve. I won’t be playing for many more years. There’s life beyond football, the opportunities I’ve had since moving help me transition when the time comes…

@ChopperXXXX @LOFCWomen @FCBfemeni @WJTMedia I’d strongly advise asking rather than assuming this is all just for money. There’s many reasons many reason why I personally “dropped down.” I’m 31, I was sacrificing my Friday nights for training to sit the bench some weekends when I was offered an opportunity to play for a clu

@ChopperXXXX @LOFCWomen @FCBfemeni @WJTMedia Paul just a question. Why follow Leyton Orient on X if you’ve only got negative things to say?? If you don’t want to see the results don’t follow, simple.

@LOFCWomen @FCBfemeni @WJTMedia Dont see why you promote winning by double figures, when playing sides nowhere near your level. When they played a half decent team in Haringey last year they also got smashed, actually could see that being a closer game with players they now have. Thats playing tier 5 not 7.

Leyton Orient have got off to an impressive start this season! 🔥 In her first season between the sticks for @LOFCWomen's first team, Lola Durojaiye has only conceded one goal across all competitions, with new signing Sammi Rowland bagging 15 of the goals scored by The O’s. After beating Dussindale & Hellesdon, a team that sits two tiers above them in the pyramid, in the second round qualifying of the #AdobeWomensFACup. They’ll take on Needham Market in the next round, could they beat off a second higher-ranked team in this season’s competition?

✍️ The O’s are delighted to announce our latest addition to the 2025/26 campaign: striker Sammy Rowland. Rowland joins us from tier 3 side Hashtag United Ladies, where she finished as joint top goalscorer and claimed the FA Cup Golden Ball award in the 2022/23 season. A proven finisher with a winner’s mentality, Sammy arrives ready to make her mark in red and white. Welcome to E10, Sammy. #lofc #OneOrient
