𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐃. 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥 Brickyard Foreman OSP EOW - May 13, 1936 Four officers were taken hostage. The prisoners demanded guns; officers complied. Inmates forced their captives into a car. Other officers opened fire, wounding two; Powell was fatally hit in the head.

Andrew Smith was arrested on April 23 by Hinton PD & Caddo Co SO after a call from Great Plains CC. Smith threw multiple packages over the fence containing cellphones, tobacco, THC vapes, knives & illegal drugs. He was charged with trafficking in illegal drugs & 4 other charges.
