I honestly don’t know what I would have done without my assistant/community admin @OkoinyaWinifred❤️
We’re currently in Week 3 of our 6-week VA training, @remotetech__ and she has been incredibly supportive behind the scenes coordinating students on WhatsApp community, reviewing assignments, giving corrections, and making sure things run smoothly.
The assignments we give are practical projects designed to help students build real work samples for their portfolio.
With me balancing work, teaching, and also undergoing another training for my personal development in automation/operations, it’s honestly been a lot 😮💨
Having someone reliable supporting the community has made a huge difference.
And to my students, I’m genuinely proud of their progress.
Seeing many of you show up consistently, post your work on LinkedIn and X, and put yourselves out there confidently has been beautiful to watch.

I honestly don’t know if some of these newbies are scared to call him out, but I won’t sit back and watch people get used by a selfish human being.
Baba came to my DM with one “mouthwatering” $20/hr offer thinking I’m new to this game 😭😂
Every single message sounded like pure ChatGPT copy and paste.
The funniest part?
I told him let’s jump on a quick video interview, oga refused instantly 🤣
That was when I knew something wasn’t right.

When I closed my first-ever $1k project in 2023.
I didn't have:
• a high-end Laptop,
• a fancy workspace,
I interviewed with my smartphone, because the laptop on this table went blank a few hours before the interview time 😭, my saving grace was that I had a great portfolio that had what the client needed
