Day 3 ~ the calm before the storm. Our community has hit nearly 1400 members and growing. Our Tik Tok clip has reached over 72m views and 7.2m likes. Collectively a-crossed all platforms we’ve reached at least 200m people, with several other videos on both X and instagram over 40m views. 关于抑郁 21年四季度那会，我抑郁得很严重，很多朋友无法理解，觉得我是无病呻吟，毕竟他们都知道我账上依然躺了几个小目标。 结合我向他们分享一些对儒释道和哲学类的思考，还PUSH他们打坐冥想，也许是带了点“树先生树哥”的气质，他们总算后知后觉茅泽民兴许是有病。 我从抑郁走出来后，亏钱，持续地亏钱，努力地亏钱，直到25年“币安1011事件”，亏了几个小目标后，我感觉自己又抑郁了，不过没21年那会严重到有强烈的跳楼冲动，嗯，也许是有抑郁抗体了… 这次我没搞玄学哲学，但朋友们也都郁郁的，只不过他们不是抑郁，这回我感觉他们看我的眼神不怪，反而藏着些遇到同类前辈的不明意味… 其实我明白自己的情况，毕竟读了些儒释道和哲学书的…但就是感觉蛮难彻底摆脱“抑郁”阴影，终归是少了点悟性，书还是读不明白… 写《生命不可承受之轻》的米兰.昆德拉定义过一个现象，叫灵魂的眩晕 —— “眩晕是沉醉于自身的软弱之中。意识到自己的软弱，却并不去抗争，反而完全屈从于它。” 我的抑郁和这个眩晕现象很类似。 21年是突如其来超预期的丰盛，当生存的斗争戛然而止，灵魂在刹那间失去了对抗重力的目标。而“人生目标”、情感、家庭的错位，发现钱其实解决不了这些问题。自然诞生生命意义“虚无”主义的思考…并因发现对抗命运时的软弱无力，叠加不准确理解儒释道思想，就认命般觉得人生毫无意义…生命不可承受之轻，重度抑郁成了我当时的必然… 币安事件后的抑郁，本质是， 持续多年的坚持亏钱，叠加瞬间剧烈的毁灭感， 让我重新被现实的引力拽回地面，不得不直面自我的脆弱，承认自己的无知和无能，但不幸运的是，我还是没有生存压力，还是无尽虚无感… 愈发觉得生命的无常且偶然… 更加让我有种生理性呕吐，灵魂眩晕再次发作… 何解？
