@londonbluenews I remember watching strasbourg vs palace and penders was about 20 yards outside his box almost at the centre back position for build up play, whilst it looks good when you break lines palace almost scored twice from it and it's not something I'd have confidence in sanchez doing.

I've spent around 3 hours watching Strasbourg on Wyscout. I'll try to keep it brief. Positives • A Black English manager is being given a chance in the Premier League. •He speaks very well to the media and has experience in this league. •His style of play has several similarities to Maresca. The players should be able to transition quickly. •I expect his style of play to produce some exciting games of football with lots of goals (hopefully for Chelsea) •His formation is very flexible. Adaptations of midfield shape (diamond, box... etc). Very modern. •I’m 100% sure Chelsea will go all out for Adam Wharton with Liam Rosenier. (That's a position he needs filling for his style). Concerns •Some of his build up patterns may work in Ligue 1, as they are very high risk. •Attempting those build up patterns in the Premier League would be naive. •Premier League sides are so organised/physical in the press that silly goals would be conceded from those build up patterns. •It’s a huge leap from Derby, Hull & Strasbourg. Chelsea could eat him alive. •My main concern is that fans will label him as a manager without a plan B. • Another concern, fans will quickly lose patience if you concede goals from high risk build up patterns on the edge of your box. Regardless of my anger towards the owners/sporting director. I will never not support any manager at this football club. He would have may 100% support. #cfc #rosenier #Chelsea
