Another example of an awful regression in uniform design. I’m not sure if this is a @Nike decision now or what, but removing the stroke from the nameplates is asinine.

I guess we aren’t doing contrast anymore though.

Basketball has dealt with this issue for a few years and it’s now made its way to baseball with the red and navy uniform nameplates.

I need to update this, but since this graphic was tweeted, Ole Miss has played 3 of the teams listed (Liberty, Louisville, and Penn State) and will play Duke in the Gator Bowl this year. Ole Miss currently has Washington State and Georgia State scheduled for 2025.
