Perez & Madrid hit far more than they miss in the transfer market. That's why it's interesting that they had 4 misses in 2019 (Hazard, Jovic, Reinier, Brahim) Rare to have 4 in a single year, plus Odriozola & Mariano the prior summer. That's €285+m worth of misses.

@jumpingfrans More than just not a starter, he wasn't even on the team for 3 years. A miss, last season doesn't redeem the whole.
