Extremely disappointing customer service from @TicketmasterUK , had to contact them for a refund for an event which hasn’t been rescheduled in over a year and I had to make a complaint. A resolution was agreed but then for some reason escalated and the resolution has not happened

@cryxptixd What is a @NGHTLVS show if not a rollercoaster. The anticipation of the support acts, the strapping in of the intro, bursting out into the show, spirals (circle pits) jump stops before going down an incline (wall of death) the sadness of it being over at the end
