@A_Mustapha007 Yes. after covid just ended in 2020 I got detained for like 2 hours and never told anyone at home. My mum complained about my hairstyle and attributed it to police harrasing me the night before, lo and behold police carry me the next day for no actual reason.

Nigeria is a reflection of the people in it. Someone shot his shot at Victor Osimhen for a jersey and even tagged a vendor. Osimhen saw it and said he’d personally send one.
Then told the vendor to add 15 more jerseys for others. -That’s where it got interesting.- Immediately money entered, the story changed. The vendor suddenly said Osimhen told him to share it himself.
He claimed he had already picked 15 people. —Then it got worse—
He called the same person who brought him the business a scam. From there, he tried to “negotiate”:
7 for the guy, 8 for himself. Greed, plain and simple. The guy refused and asked for all 15 jerseys as instructed. —Next thing—
The vendor switched again.
Said the post was “stolen” and brought another person to justify it. —Now here’s the real problem— Instead of people calling out the wrong,
they started defending it. “Make una settle.”
“Na just jersey.”
“Let it go.” - Someone even offered to pay extra,
rewarding bad behavior. And that’s when it becomes clear: We are not different from the people we complain about in power. —This is how it starts—
small compromise, small dishonesty, small defense of wrong. Nigeria didn’t just become this way overnight.
We built it, little by little, with everyday actions like this. Truth is, many people are only “good” because they’ve not had the opportunity to do worse. One day, we will have an honest conversation about the double standards on this TL. One day.

It’s been really so hard to select winners, because everyone cannot get the jersey. I will be picking another 5 people under this tweet. Kindly follow, like and comment to be picked.🙏🏾

You’re a very bold & brave guy. We need more people like you to call out the bad eggs amongst us. Please don’t cower. His gang members will come to your DM to try to blackmail you or play the devil’s advocate, no gree for anybody. Expose them if they start stressing you. Also, check the quality of jersey that’d be delivered to be sure that Anini isn’t playing prank. Stay bold, stay Jiggy and stay handsome.💙

Abazz. Like I said, I don’t normally do this. You’re still not getting it and I need to school you. You’re not sorry because you just called me a Scam. You’re not to tell me how to share the jersey. I copied the tweet from a different person entirely and not the person you tagged. You can never use agenda YOU STOLE THE TWEET, as a weapon or to change the narrative. You claimed to have picked your 15 people already, meanwhile you haven’t even picked a single person on your page and you didn’t even plan to compensate the try owner of the tweet. Now, you’ve mobilized him amongst other people to insult me in the comment section. After all👇

Person just dey show love, tag the brand to push am… next thing story don change @abazwhyllzz is this what your brand is built on?
SAMBO@_Abdulakeem_

I don’t like doing this, but I’ve always heard about big accounts gatekeeping, and today, I experienced it firsthand. Earlier today, I shoot my shot at @victorosimhen9 by tagging him purely out of admiration for how he represents the Nigerian flag. I asked him for a Galatasaray jersey and pitched @abazwhyllzz as the vendor, as one of the big and reputable accounts selling jerseys here ❤️ He responded and promised me a signed Champions League jersey 🙏🔥. He also said he will get 15 additional jerseys from Abazz for me to share. Now here’s where things got interesting. I reached out to Abazz via DM and, to my surprise, he said he had already selected winners on his page, which was obviously not true. I asked why he would do that when he was meant to be the vendor. I then messaged @Thetifefab, who told me to discuss with Abazz and he handled the payment for the jerseys (Abazz confirmed receiving payment for the 15 jerseys). Upon receiving the money for the jerseys, Abazz asked that we move the conversation to WhatsApp, and I assumed it was to discuss delivery. Instead, Abazz called me and kept on insisting he will be the one to share the jerseys, which I didn’t agree to. After further discussion, he proposed a split, he takes 8, I take 7. I declined and ended the call. He kept calling, but I insisted we continue via chat instead. I reiterated that I was the one who tagged Osimhen, he responded to my tweet, and Abazz only came into the picture because I tagged him as the vendor, and he has already been paid for the jerseys. Attached to this tweet is evidence of our conversations via X DMs and WhatsApp. I’m not here to cause drama, just asking for transparency and fairness, not only for myself but for everyone who participated in good faith 💯 Let’s do right by the people who showed up for this 🙌🔥
