Palo is alive and safe. Two, Martu's affection for Palo is growing. Not just respect, but genuine admiration. I think we could see another love interest story coming in our future which I am genuinely excited to see.

Two things I noticed about these panels. One, everytime we see a memory of someone it's always completely greyed out, yet Palo stands out in full. It could be a stylistic choice, but I'd like to think it's implying (More in comments) Chap177---Coolmic #thetitansbride #ttb

Even here, with Caius getting injured for running off, you can see the tear and snot streaks where Martu had been crying. And he will still do it to save Caius 🥲 I also like the little touch of Caius using the same technique to find Kouichi, likely knowing the same risks
