@armstrjare @autohiveai yep, running lexical with some react bindings and addons :) before this we tried handrolling, but managing overlays and accurate cursor positions never really worked consistently

finally found my perfect hermes stack.. took some time, but this works well & has reliable monthly pricing. (only needs a claude pro + gpt plus monthly sub) currently running: discord -> hermes agent -> gpt 5.5 (driver) -> claude code (code) -> replicate API for asset gen.

Three.js Water Pro is making Subnautica in the browser a real possibility. Rewrote the lighting model so light reflecting off the ocean floor is now refracted and attenuated based on real-world physics. Still can't believe what a difference it makes🤯

don't underestimate the power of a manual notebook there's a million task mgmt apps, but somehting doens't quite match the feeling of accomplishment you get from a manual list
