I didn’t master community building overnight.
My first attempt? Far from perfect.
Engagement was low, my strategy was all over the place, and truthfully i was learning on the job.
My approach sometimes lacked clarity, and the community felt the impact.
But those early struggles taught me everything.
Every correction, every piece of feedback, every complaint? they pushed me.
They made me sharper, more intentional, and fueled my drive to learn,improve, and truly lead.
Now:
