Same for $ETH / #Ethereum, we updated our long term model to reflect what might be a regime change.

We took some time to refit our long term prediction model in order to extend it out until Oct 2026. That might give us a solid guess as to what the lower bound of a $BTC / #Bitcoin bear market might look like. On the left is our original model, on the right is the refit.

What's admittingly funny is that, for all of 5 days, we perfectly followed the Brownian Motion's green upper bound and enjoyed a spectacular #Uptober until it became #rektober for the whole rest of the month. 😅

@Looberr @apoorveth Nowadays, yes, but back in '20-'23 there was a ton of external motivation from all of the excitement of projects sharing how much they were getting, donors sharing how much matching they'd given to their favorite project after giving only a few dollars and the airdrop potential.

just finished my votes in the GG24 QF round! last 12 hours to get your support in vibez Generally agree with Lefteris, energy is far more muted compared to the festival that gitcoin rounds were back in 2021-23. times have indeed changed! was downright tragic to see even popular projects have below 10 voters (& very few > 100) UX i voted for ~30 projects. my biggest pain point by far was having to do a transaction for each of them, which ate up about 45 minutes of my day. cart function is sorely missed 🛒 initially i would add a tip to Qu , but i stopped after seeing it took an extra txn. 30 were already painful, doubling to 60 wouldn't have been pleasant at all Path Ahead longer term i do believe that QF in its crowdfunding style may have run its course in our space. the innovation now is taking QF to the real world and also more tightly defining the eligible voter set for eg, i preferred the privacy QF round where after verifying my uniqueness i get 99 votes to allocate between projects,without having to put my own personal capital into votes like the dev tooling one Quadratic Voting with tightly defined set of voters ☑️ Quadratic Funding with crowdfunding ability determining matching funds ❌
