I can’t believe people in the comments are defending the teacher. The fact that the student fought back doesn’t suddenly make this any less of an assault case. A teacher is expected to exercise restraint when dealing with students under his authority. He abused his power. Jail!!

The student must be arrested too and medical check ups should be done on the teacher as well
