@OmronHealthEU We bought a blood pressure monitor M2 and your online instructions say it takes AAA batteries which is not correct it takes AA.

@lucky31003725 Have your blood pressure checked by your GP and see whether the results are low too. If you feel the device doesn't give you a correct measurement, please return to where you have bought your device.

@OmronHealthEU My omeron M2 basic is always showing inaccurate reading that is reading low blood pressure. I have replaced the battery but it still shows low reading. e.g- 54/94, 41/87, 39/81, 43/87. What should I do?. Speedy response will be appreciated. Kind regards.

Hello @OmronHealthEU I would appreciate it if you could clarify a question regarding the HN-300T2-EBK scale that does not detect body fat. Can people with pacemakers use it? If not, what model with Bluetooth can they use?

It has stopped working in just 1 year. Why aren't you providing any service on it ? U r just ignoring my request and not at all replying.

@OmronHealthEU Please look into this and solve the issue. BP monitoring machine is important to me and waiting for 10 days for my under warranty new machine to get repair from service centre and when received it's not working is rally hard to take. Plz do the needful. Thanks
