When the topic of vaccination comes up with your pediatrician, calmly and respectfully say that you will be happy to discuss vaccination after they provide you with the following: #1 - Request an informed consent form #2 - Request the package insert for the product, as well as any addendums and updates from the manufacturer since the insert was printed Review both to see if the warnings and contraindications are printed in the informed consent. With great satisfaction - that hasn't been experienced for a very long time - I report here today that the Honorable Court admitted our petitions (both the original and the amendment filed - both of which accessible in the drive link given in the below quoted post), and also gave the date as 24th April for detailed arguments. I am very grateful to the Honorable Court on my personal behalf and on behalf of all vaccine victims, both dead and living. 🙏 The sword of damocles that was hanging over our petition—whether it will even get admitted—in these three+ years since filing in October 2021 is gone now. All the court proceedings so far were to decide that matter, and today we got the order that the petition has been admitted. (This might come as a surprise to some of you, as it was to me when I learnt about this on 1st March 2024, when I went for the first hearing after our rejoinder filings, etc.) My heartfelt gratitude to Colin Sir (Dr Colin Gonsalves, our Advocate) and his team for the painstaking and persevering work done over this period, which fructified today in the crossing of the first positive milestone in our judicial fight. 🙏🙏🙏 Today the Honorable Court also accepted Prashant Sir's (@pbhushan1 )'s intervention application in our case, in which he is representing 4 other vaccine victims, one living and 3 dead. My sincere gratitude to @pbhushan1 Sir for consenting to take up these cases and strengthening our fight for justice. Also, my sincere thanks to @awakenindiamvmt team (specifically an exceptional person from the AIM (I don't yet have his clearance to disclose the name) for the consistent support, inputs, and passion brought into this struggle.) And for those who don't know ChAdOx1nCoV-19 is the technical name for Covishield. Are those people who have seen, read, and deep down felt but still won't talk about it, won't even raise the suspicion; can they call themselves human? We are seeking to know complete truth, we need more answers. Suchir just went on vacation with his friends between 11/16/2024 and 11/22/2024. He was very happy when he spoke to family on 11/22/2024 at 7.15 pm and was excited about his trip. His time of death is few hours after his last call with family. Dr (Prof) Deepak Natarajan, with his authoritative scholarship and experience from decades of practice, explains to us in layman's language, how AstraZeneca's own trial data showed that 4.8 percentage of the trial participants had serious adverse events such as heart attack, GBS and blood clots - which translates to 4,80,000 serious adverse events to every one crore vaccinated. We all know that we celebrated 100 crore jabs and even 200 crore jabs, a majority of them with Covishield. No wonder we see many adverse events in our circles and news and it only corresponds well with AstraZeneca's own trial results. It is a shame (a crime in fact) that India didn't listen to the early warning signals (373 deaths in those vaccinated till March '21. 41 deaths just in those vaccinated in the first 16 days). That they didn't follow suit when more than a dozen countries suspended this vaccine in March/April '21 is simply indefensible. People behind this continuation and expansion of vaccination program in spite of these clear signals are criminally culpable and will have to face the hammer of justice.
