@OnSpectra the company has only 2 technical teams in Delhi in 2023. When everything is related to internet, they take 6-7 hours to fix a problem, which should be handled in 15-30 min. “ corporate internet 11,000/- a month” Biggest loss caused to my business in one day!

@OnSpectra The company is a Fraud and makes false promises. I was sold business broadband by Amit Tripathi & Satendre Kumar @ NSP, Pitampura. They promised 99% guarantee on the connection. 4 instances in past month with 1-4 hours of no internet. Do not recommend them to any1.
