Spoil Alert!

9 years ago, my wife and I were in a bidding war for that building with the current owner (hotel next door) and we ended up in court. My recollection is that they promised the judge they were not going to demo the building. It sat there empty ever since. Hmm.

It's a heck of a time to be a sports fan in St. Louis. Even if you're not a sports fan, you gotta be excited for all the added positivity the teams bring to the city!! So many people visiting downtown St. Louis. I'm ecstatic to see how our city is growing. I'm here for all of it!

Which is why one can suffer from someone else’s pain.
