YE SUPER BOWL HALFTIME SHOW 🏈 Something everyone thought would NEVER happen. I can confidently say Ye is in serious talks to perform at the Super Bowl. It MOST LIKELY won't happen this year, but he's being considered for a future halftime show. Jay-Z doesn't have full control over the performer selection. All NFL teams also get an equal vote. Many of them actually DO want Ye to perform, and teams can (and do) object to artists. Some have objected to Ye this year, but not because of his past, it's because they're worried sponsors will pull out. Ye clearly brings in massive attention and money, but he basically needs to prove he won't scare off sponsorships. I was told that playing more Festivals will help with this. My source told me: "It's not that they don't think he's sorry, it's just not enough time has passed."
