🚨OMB sent a memo to federal agencies this evening, requiring all federal loans and grants be paused by 5pm tomorrow. Financial assistance is defined to include all federal grants/loans except those that provide direct assistance to individuals.

The impact of this decision, is profound. Our country did not arrive at this moment by accident, this was acutely intentional and took a lot of dedication from powerful decision-makers.

Reproductive justice is vital to our collective sense of safety and we all deserve to feel safe if nothing else. There was a lot of strategic work, decision-making, and strategy that made this historic moment a reality today.

Today’s news of the Supreme Court overturning both Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey stripped away human rights of girls, women and gender-expansive youth across the nation. The significance of this decision cannot be understated.
