Today we recognize Vietnam War Veterans Day. These men and women were sent to serve in the Vietnam War and came home without the welcome they earned. Vietnam veterans embody quiet courage, carrying burdens seen and unseen long after their service ended. They did not serve for recognition. They served because America called.
