The transfer was initiated over a month ago. Since then, I have contacted you twice by email and received no response. Plum has also confirmed, not received any reply from you and submit the transfer a second time.

I'd like to congratulate @OneFamilySocial for being one of the worst ever company to talk to. Website doesn't recognise details, chat is just a bot, agents never available, phone lines busy and holds you without any info of how long it might last the waiting, and goes down too.

I'm sorry you've had trouble contacting us by phone. Our phone lines have been busy recently but please know we're taking action to address this.
If your daughter has now turned 18, you won't be able to see her account when you login as she will have automatically become the Registered Contact for her account.
To access the account and tell us what she'd like to do with her funds, she'll need to register for her own online account. She can do this at the below link.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (Wednesday 9:30am to 5:30pm).
We're not aware of any scheduled maintenance for the website last night but it's possible there was a temporary 1/2
